EU Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have the right to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their goods.

Once your withdrawal request has been received, we will confirm receipt of your request and provide any further instructions required for returning the goods.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Returns
For all online and mail order purchases, we offer a 14-day returns policy provided that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by all original tags and accessories.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Warranty Returns
If goods develop a fault within the applicable warranty period, please return them to us with a clear description of the issue.
Upon inspection, we may repair, replace or refund the item as appropriate. Warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, poor care or normal wear and tear.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, any refund due will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds typically take between 3 and 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Delivery Charges
Where a refund is approved, any delivery charges incurred in supplying the goods may not be refundable. This includes delivery costs that may not have been separately charged at the time of purchase, such as free delivery promotions, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
