Refund policy

Once goods are signed for , this is confirmation that goods have been received ok, so please inspect the delivery before signing. If goods need to be returned under warranty , please return to us with a clear note describing the issue. We will replace, repair or refund depending on our decision. Warranty does not cover poor care or normal wear and tear. 
For all online and mail order orders we offer a 14 days retruns policy providing the goods are unused, in original packaging and with all tags etc. 
For faulty and warranty issues we offer a return, replace or refund policy depending on ow we see fit to handle the return providing the item is still within the warranty time. If we issue a refund this any costs that were incurred by us in shipping the goods will not be refunded. These costs may not be visible at the time of purchase and if free delivery was provided this cost will not be refunded.
